Robert T. McElroy
B.S. General Science-Chemistry, Mississippi State University, 1976
Experience: Mr. McElroy has over 25 years of experience in oil and gas exploration and production activities in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Arkansas, Texas and offshore. Formerly exploration manager and president of an independent operator and producer, Mr. McElroy has an extensive background in finding deals, evaluating prospects, organizing and managing companies, and negotiating and drafting oil and gas exploration contracts.
2002 to date: Co-Founder, Manager and President of Lymac, LLC; Chanex, LLC and Lymac Exploration and Production, LLC. Negotiated purchase of seismic data licenses for approximately 6,000 square miles of offshore 3-D seismic data; managed exploration effort resulting in purchase of oil and gas leases covering approximately 100,000 acres offshore on the Outer Continental Shelf; sold majority interest in oil and gas prospects to third party oil companies.
1980 - 2002: Landman and Exploration Manager for Victor P. Smith Oil Company and President of Smith Production Company (Jackson, MS) covering onshore Prospect evaluation, lease acquisition, title curative, drilling and well operations. Managed all phases of oil and gas exploration and development for 22 years covering over 100 oil and gas Prospects in Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas and Arkansas.
1976 - 1980: Independent Landman working Alabama and Mississippi. Oil and Gas title research, lease acquisition, drillsite curative and division order analysis.

Timothy H. Lyons
B.S. – Geology, Mississippi State University, 1978
Experience: Actively involved in well log interpretation, oil and gas Prospect generation and evaluation since 1978 using subsurface mapping and seismic interpretation.
2002 to present: Manager of Geology for Lymac, LLC, responsible for interpretation of 3D Seismic data utilizing Seismic Microsystems workstation in order to generate oil and gas prospects. Primarily responsible for making technical presentations of prospects to prospective industry partners. Generated over 100 Prospect leads eventually high-graded to twenty prospects resulting in twelve prospects drilled and six completed wells. Five Prospects yet to be drilled with over 150 Bcf unrisked reserve potential.
1988 to 2002: Geologist with Victor P. Smith Oil Company. Responsible for prospect generation, evaluation of third party prospect submittals and sales to industry partners. Developed proficiency in 3D seismic interpretation using SMT workstation.
1980 to 1988: Exploration and Development Geologist with Conoco, Inc. in Lafayette, LA and Houston, TX. Cross-trained in geophysics working South Louisiana. Responsible for adding 3,000,000 barrels of oil to Conoco reserves by virtue of “old log” analysis in old field near abandonment.
1978 to 1980: Logging Engineer with Dresser Atlas in South Louisiana.
